Shipping:

Orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days for in-stock merchandise. If a product goes out of stock after an order is placed, customer will be contacted with an alternate item or order cancellation. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of items in your shopping cart and delivery address.

Where Do You Ship Within the U.S.?

We ship to all US states. All orders ship free via UPS Ground. (Free shipping offer not valid for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands).

Do You Ship Outside the U.S.?

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.

Georgia Foot Care, In. allows returns for any reason within the specified time frame listed below within the date of shipment, unless shoes have been modified. This applies only to purchases made directly through georgiafootcare.com. If you ordered through a 3rd party. please contact the provider for the return policy and next steps. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

How do I start a Return?

Items can be shipped back within the specified return window in the conditions listed above but if you have a question or concern, please email us at dbarnes@georgiafootcare.com and request a return shipping label.

 

Shoes, Sandals, Slippers & Inserts

Georgia Foot Care, Inc. allows returns for any reason within 30 days from date of shipment, unless shoes have been modified. For products returned beyond that window, we grant credit on a case-by-case basis. Products exhibiting excessive wear or abuse will not be credited

Warranty

Limited Warranty

Georgia Foot Care, Inc. warrants to the customer that any GFC products purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months. The warranty period commences on the date of shipment. GFC’s obligation for this Limited Warranty is to repair or replace a defective product at no charge to the customer, or to credit customer’s account for the purchase price paid for the defective product, at GFC’s discretion, which is customer’s exclusive remedy. This limited warranty does not apply if the defective product (i) is subject to abuse, neglect, misuse or accident, (ii) has not been used in accordance with written instructions for use, (iii) was not purchased from GFC or an authorized dealer, (iv) was modified from its original configuration or repaired or altered by anyone other than GFC or a person authorized by GFC.

GFC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES NOT SET FORTH IN THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
